How catalogue orders and website use are handled by DNF World.
Catalogue and availability
Products, sizes, personalisation options, prices and stock availability are displayed as accurately as reasonably possible. Availability may change while an order is being placed. The checkout performs a final stock check before an order is accepted.
Order confirmation
An online order is saved with an order number before you are sent to the secure payment provider selected at checkout. Your order is confirmed once that provider notifies us that payment has cleared — not merely when you submit the checkout form. DNF World may still contact you to confirm sizing, personalisation, availability and delivery or collection arrangements.
Secure online payment
Online payment is processed by the secure payment gateway made available at checkout, which may include PayFast or PayGate. You are redirected to the selected provider’s secure payment environment. Card or banking credentials are entered with that provider and are not stored by DNF World.
All prices shown include VAT at 15%. Delivery is charged separately and is shown on the order summary before you pay. The amount charged is always recalculated by our server from the current catalogue price — the total is never taken from your browser.
An order is only treated as paid once the selected payment provider confirms the payment to us directly. If a payment fails or is cancelled, the order remains unpaid and may be cancelled or released in accordance with our order process.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery timeframes, the inspection period, returns and refunds are set out in our Returns & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method or payment provider where applicable.
Custom and made-to-order products
Where a product is made to a custom specification — including custom size, material, colour or finish — you are responsible for checking the selected options before submitting the order. Custom and made-to-order headboards may have different cancellation or return limitations once manufacturing has started.
Stock reservations
Where stock tracking is enabled, stock is reserved when the website successfully saves the order. Cancelling an order through the administration system restores reserved stock where appropriate.
Images and colours
Product photographs are illustrative. Colours, textures and proportions can vary slightly between screens, photography and the physical headboard due to materials and lighting conditions.
Website use
You may use this website for legitimate product information, enquiries and ordering. Automated abuse, attempts to bypass security controls, or interference with the service are not permitted.
